We asked some of the directors whose films are being screened at this year’s Dokuarts festival, to record audio postcards for us, detailing a bit more information about their films. We’ll be releasing them during the duration of the festival.
Jawad Sharif, filmmaker from Islamabad, Pakistan will present his film Indus Blues at Dokuarts. His film explores the endangered world of traditional music in Pakistan. Sharif will be at the screening (9p.m.) of Indus Blues on Friday October 11 at the Zeughauskino of the Deutsches Historisches Museum.
A second screening of Indus Blues is on Sun, Oct 20 at 6:30 p.m
